Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Travel Agent Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

  • You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to you.

Intellectual Property

  • Course materials, platform content, branding, and software are owned by Travel Agent Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from course content except as explicitly permitted in writing.
  • Access to the platform grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal training use only.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
  • You agree not to use the platform to infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or the platform.

Availability and Changes

  • We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, although we aim to maintain reliable service.
  • We may release new features, modules, or revisions that are subject to these terms.

Disclaimers

  • The platform and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We do not warrant that the platform will meet every business, certification, or regulatory requirement for your specific use case.
  • Educational content is for training purposes and should be applied with professional judgment in real-world operations.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for claims related to the platform will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service during the applicable claim period, unless law requires otherwise.

Termination

Governing Law
